The young generations represent the future, and prioritising education is an investment. Building on this principle, Trakcja System has established a long-term partnership with the Electrical and Mechanical Schools Complex in Legnica, becoming a partner of ZSEM.
Cooperation will be based on:
- sponsorship of the first-class program in electrical technician specialisation – the top-performing students will be awarded a scholarship for the entire duration of their studies,
- financial support for the school – funding a significant renovation of the specialised laboratory and acquiring educational resources,
- enabling senior students to undertake internships at Trakcja System construction sites,
- targeting employment of school graduates in our company.
